Workspace Owner We’ve created a new role option for Clerk Chat users. Previously the “Admin” role had the ability to do and see everything, but now that has been renamed to “Workspace Owner,” who can see all messages, add and remove members from the organization, set inbox permissions, update payments and billing, etc. The Admin role can configure the application but does not have access to read all inbox messages.

Notifications Microsoft Teams users can now manage notifications effortlessly. Simply go to Settings, then Notifications, where you’ll find a new options to enable notifications or mute all inboxes.
